We hereby formally notify you of an important development concerning the operations of Wall Street Exchange Centre LLC (“the Company”).
Following due consideration, the Company’s Board of Directors has resolved to commence a solvent liquidation process, with effect from 9 May 2026, subject to obtaining all applicable regulatory approvals and fulfilling all statutory requirements.
Following a duly convened resolution of the Company’s Board of Directors, it has been resolved to initiate a solvent liquidation process, effective 9 May 2026, subject to the receipt of all required regulatory approvals and fulfilling all statutory requirements.

Continuity of Services
Notwithstanding the above, the Company confirms that arrangements have been duly established to ensure continuity of services for its WPS clients during the transition period. In this regard, Lulu International Exchange LLC has been engaged as a service facilitator to support the continuation of client services in an orderly manner. All relevant client coordination and service continuity arrangements will be handled through the appointed entity in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Lulu International Exchange LLC, being a reputable entity within the industry, is committed to maintaining the quality of service and level of care you have come to expect.

The last day for accepting WPS Salary processing will be 23rd April 2026

Claims and Refunds
Should you have any queries relating to outstanding services, claims, or potential refunds, please note the following:
  • All claims and/or refund requests must be submitted to the Company via email customerservices@wallstreet.ae or phone 04-2269871 (from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) no later than 24 April 2026. Such requests will be reviewed and processed in accordance with applicable contractual terms and conditions, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Following cessation of operations, any remaining outstanding matters (including claims and refund-related requests) shall be addressed as part of the liquidation process. Where necessary, clients may be contacted to provide further information or supporting documentation.
